Description

“Health and Wellness - Power Up Your Life”
Pomelo Oolong Tea - a fruity aroma from the perfect match of pomelo and Oolong tea
A tea artisan removes the seeds from pomelos and mix the pulps with Oolong tea leaves, and then stuff it back into pomelos.
It takes about half a year to parch the tea.
With the passage of time, tea leaves and pomelo pulps have completely blended together and become the aging Pomelo Oolong tea.
The hand-picked inert bud of ripe tea leaves is a type of black tea, undergoing the heavy fermentation and roasting procedures.
By following the unique tea making process, a fruity aroma can be fully blended into Oolong tea leaves.

When the Pomelo Oolong is brewed with boiling water, it yields the pleasing aroma and fresh flavor at the same time. As Oolong tea is a heavy-fermented tea, the tea is stomach-friendly. In addition, the pomelo have potential benefits to throat.

When you drink the tea, you will find the fruity-citrusy aroma has been fully blended into Oolong tea leaves. The tea flavors are refreshing and fragrant, with a mild sweet note!

A unique tea making procedure

In order to produce this special type of tea, several steps are to be followed. First, create a 'lid' on the top of pomelo and remove the pulps. Remove the seeds and mix the pulps with Oolong tea leaves, and then stuff it back into the pomelo. Next, cover up the pomelo with the lid, bind it tightly and parched for 38 weeks. When drinking the tea, one has to knock it open by a hammer, remove the pomelo skin and make tea from the fruity tea leaves.
