The black tea is strongly flavored with floral aroma, and easy to drink. The jasmine flowers provide a special scent to the tea. The taste is graceful and delicate, and the body is smooth and not heavy.
Jasmine blossoms are grown without any pesticides use. Organic farming, hand-picked and low temperature drying method can successfully preserve the natural fragrance of jasmine. The black tea is originated from the tea plantation in Lishan, which situated at high altitude in mountains. The black tea tastes smooth and mellow.
Our tea making process is different from others. Traditionally, tea leaves is blended with jasmine blossoms on the ground. Alternatively, we place tea leaves and flowers alternating layers, allowing the tea leaves to fully absorb the fragrance and flavor of jasmine blossoms during the parching process. The tea leaves absorb the moisture from the fresh jasmine flowers and in the mean time, the tea leaves will be dried.
Simple method: Cold brewing: add 250ml of water with room temperature and cool down in refrigeration for 6 hours. Hot steeping: pour 250ml of 85℃ water; steep for 3-5 minutes
