Honey Scented Black Tea - champagne yellow in color of tea liquid, full of mild-sweet note and mellow taste

Champagne Yellow in Coloration
Honey Scented Black Tea provides a natural ripe fruit and honey flavor, distinguishing it from any other kinds of tea.

The Secret Behind the Scent
As the tea plantation is non-pesticide, the tea bud naturally attracts green leafhoppers. The tea trees, after bitten by these insects, automatically produce chemical elements to defend themselves and therefore give the tea leaves a unique scent. As a result, Taiwanese tea cultivars have discovered this secret and developed this ground-breaking Honey Scented Black Tea! They use small-leaf variety of large-leaf Oolong and go through full fermentation. When drinking the tea, a honey scent and mellow taste are its distinctive characters. Thanks to the green leafhoppers, the tea is really a blessing in disguise!

The production of Honey Scented Black Tea contains three steps: tea harvesting, tea making, and tea classification.
The temperature is maintained at 25 degree Celsius, with humidity of 90%.
During the rolling process, moisture content within the tea leaves is to be carefully controlled, while avoiding break-up and bitterness. It is the moisture content management the most difficult part during the tea making process.
