Q1: Can I make an order without registering as a member?
A1:Any orders have to be made by registered members. This is to ensure your accessibility to order status and to secure your shopping rights. Please made your order as a registered member. Thank you.
Q2: How to become a member?
A2:On our official page, click the “login” button, and select “sign up” as the window pops up on the left. Fill out the blanks according to the instructions to complete the registration. Login via Facebook is available too.

Q4:How to use gift vouchers?
1.10% discount of the total price is allowed for every purchase.
2.Vouchers are stackable with membership discounts.
3.New Member Vouchers and Birthday Vouchers: Expired in 30 days and not recoverable.

Q5:Is there any physical store?
A5:No, so far. Please make your order on our website. If there is any news on physical stores or product exhibitions, it will be released on our FB fan page.
Q6:How can I confirm that an order is successfully placed?
A6:Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email from the system at the mailbox you designated during registration. If you don’t, please contact our customer service and provide your name and phone number to confirm the order.
Q7:How can I get a tax ID number on the receipt?
A7:Please offer your designated tax ID number in your order. Please indicate in the “Remark” field if you need a tax ID number.
*Should any error occur on the receipt or a tax ID number refiling be requested, please send back the receipt in seven days. (Consumers are responsible for the mailing cost.)

A9:Our delivery service is limited to the Taiwan territories. You can choose (1) home delivery/postal package or (2) collection at convenient stores (7-11).
Q10:When will my order arrive?
A10:For non-preorders, count from the day when the order is made:
The main Island of Taiwan: Via home delivery. Arrival in 2-3 working days.
Other Island territories: Via postal package. Arrival in 3-5 working days. Your patience is much appreciated.
(1)For orders with over two failed delivery attempts, if further contact cannot be made for over three days, we will automatically cancel the order and issue a refund.
(2)In the event of incomplete receiver information, the receiver’s failure to collect, natural disasters, or other regular operation activities such as system maintenance, storage arrangement, and stock-taking, the delivery time will be postponed.
(3)Should any other unexpected circumstances arise, please refer to the actual shipment notice for an updated arrival time.
